1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the dkwine platform and its users. By accessing, registering on, or using the dkwine website or application, you accept all provisions of these Terms in full.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

Users must meet the following eligibility requirements to participate on the dkwine platform:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The user must operate the account entirely of their own free will and in a sound mental state.
• It is entirely the account holder's responsibility to keep minors away from gaming.

Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited. dkwine may request documents for age verification at any time.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Transactions on the dkwine platform can be completed through the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in the user's own name.
• Payments from numbers registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment method and in the user's own name.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held pending an investigation.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

dkwine offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive a maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw bonus funds.

General Bonus Policy

• It is generally not possible to activate another bonus while one is already active.
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the bonus offer details.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• dkwine reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the internet connection is lost during a gaming session, the result will be determined according to the prevailing rules.

Special Sports Betting Rules

• Betting odds may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkwine platform and, if proven, may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Operating an account using bots, automated software, or third-party tools.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in a game or system for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards other players or platform staff.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

8 Technical Issues and Errors

dkwine always strives to provide an uninterrupted gaming experience. However, service disruptions may occasionally occur due to technical reasons.

Policy for Technical Issues

• If a technical error occurs during a game session, dkwine will determine the outcome based on server logs.
• If clearly incorrect odds or payouts are displayed, the related bet may be considered void.
• If an unreasonable amount is won due to a software error, dkwine reserves the right to deduct that amount.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance; advance notice will be provided where possible.
